    Hi! I’m Martha. I’ve been a therapist for 9 years and I LOVE what I do.

    As a therapist specializing in eating disorders, I provide compassionate, individualized care that recognizes the complex emotional and psychological factors behind disordered eating. I create a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their relationship with food, body image, and self-worth. Using evidence-based approaches alongside empathetic listening, I support clients in developing healthier coping strategies, rebuilding self-confidence, and fostering a balanced, sustainable relationship with food and themselves. My goal is to empower each person to find long-term healing and resilience in their recovery journey.

    Murphy joins me in the office occasionally to help clients who need a lil extra animal love.

Individual therapy costs $165 per 50 minute session. I do not currently accept insurance, but I can provide a superbill for you to potentially file for reimbursement with your insurance provider.
